Words of Wisdom Wednesday

Okay, time for direct quotations from Shakespeare in other movies.   I only have two, but I’m guessing you can add some more.  Go!

“I burn, I pine, I perish.”  – 10 Things I Hate About You, and The Taming of the Shrew

“Out! Damned Spot!” – Gnomeo and Juliet and Macbeth

The following can be found in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”. Although they are more allusions to than actuall quotes.

“In spring time, the only pretty ring time
    Birds sing, hey ding
    A-ding, a-ding
    Sweet lovers love the spring”

” Where is fancy bred? In the heart, or in the head? ”

“So shines a good deed in a weary world.”

The first one is from “As You Like It”
The second two are from “The Merchant of Venice”
