“I’m looking for baggage that goes with mine.”  – Rent

It’s really – uh – sharp, don’t you think?”  – Wicked (in reference to a pointy witch hat…  makes me laugh every time)

Intrigued by the “Into the Woods” quote. The sort of line that takes a few revolutions ’round the mind to really sink in. (Or could be that’s just if your mind’s a little slow after a night of forgoing sleep for chatting with friends, lol.)

The “Into the Woods” quote is from the song “I Know Things Now” that Little Red Riding Hood sings after being rescued from inside the wolf. 🙂 It’s by Stephen Sondheim, who loves to write interesting and twisty words (to accompany challenging and twisty scores)!

“Frightened? Child, you’re talking to a man who’s laughed in the face of death, sneered at doom, and chuckled at catastrophe… I was petrified. ” The Wizard of Oz (A movie that I have seen performed on stage, so I think it qualifies)

“The way forward is sometimes the way back” Labryinth (A movie, I know, but I consider it to be musical as well)

“There even are places where English completely disappears; in America they haven’t used it for years.” My Fair Lady
